In another leading move, Saudi Readymix has launched the first version of its new mobile app for customers. The new app can be downloaded at both iPhone’s App Store and Google’s Play Store.
“This App is an initial step to get us even closer to our customers and raise the level of our service by providing them with direct access to their project information,” says Fadi Mujahed, Saudi Readymix Chief Commercial Officer.
The new app will enable customers to monitor progress on their daily concrete shipments; check their future bookings; review their invoices and delivery tickets; receive their statements of account; review the overall status of concreting at their projects; among several other features.
“Another important feature is that our customers can show their level of satisfaction any time and at any stage of our service, whether it is at the ordering, booking, delivery or pouring stage,” added Fadi Mujahed. “This App will be the main source of feedback for us to continuously develop our service. We always say a ‘Complaint is a gift’ to help us improve.”
Customers have to register after downloading the app by submitting company, account and contact information for validation before receiving access to the App. The Company will be adding more features soon to its App, including live tracking information, which will be announced at the time.
