Saudi Readymix Inaugurates Another Factory at Ras Al-Khair

Since 2007 the company supplied over 3 million cubic meters of concrete to projects in Ras Al-Khair

Feb 2019: Saudi Readymix recently commissioned another new concrete factory with two central batch plants in Ras Al Khair, in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. This new concrete manufacturing facility was established to support the King Salman International Complex for Maritime Industries Project, a mega project that is being developed by Saudi Aramco, Hyundai Heavy Industries of South Korea and the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia.

At present, Saudi Readymix’s new concrete factory boasts a production capacity of 2,000 cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete per day. Both batch plants have passed the strict inspection requirements and are certified by Saudi Aramco. A third batch plant is currently being installed to raise the production capacity further to meet the expected concrete demands of the Project.

Saudi Readymix also operates another concrete factory near the Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden) Projects at Ras Al-Khair. It is also worth to note that since 2007, Saudi Readymix has supplied over 3 million cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete in the area.

The Company contributes to much ongoing research in concrete in collaboration with various academic institutes and organizations and has recently opened its new state-of-the-art Research and Development Center in Dammam.
