We produce abounding types of mortars; dry mortar and plastering mortar. Mortars are delivered to job sites in one ton Jumbo bags. Our mortar and plastering comply with ASTM C270 Standard Specification for Mortar for Unit Masonry and EN 9981:2010 – Specification for mortar for masonry – Part 1: Rendering and plastering.

Our experts can advise on conformity to standards as well as strengths, colors of the mortar with different bricks and blocks. We ensure that the use of our specialist sands will cater for the specific dry mortar requirements that our customers demand.

Our dry-mixed mortar factory was commissioned in Dammam in 2015 and has the capacity to produce around 10,000 metric tons of dry-mixed mortar every month. Our MOONA (Masonry Mortar) and LIYISSA (Plastering Mortar) are delivered from our factory to a customer’s site in jumbo bags or bulk, with a full set of equipment that includes silos, mixers and sprayer machines. Our plan is to open four more such factories, in various parts of the Kingdom, by 2021.

Our aim is to meet the region’s building needs and provide a full support service to each and every customer. To accomplish that, we continually re-mold our products and services to meet any customer requirements, overcome challenges and solve problems. In doing so, Saudi Readymix has become a name that is synonymous with quality products and services. The products we provide are the “building blocks” and foundations of many construction projects. We specialize in ready-mixed concrete, but also offer a wide range of related products with added value, available through our specialist support and dedicated customer services teams.

Our four product mortar lines are the following:

LIYASSA is used with concrete blocks walls and rough surfaces, concrete walls, and precast wall with scratch coat applied first.

Applications and Uses:

LIYASSA NR is used to plaster blocks, bricks and all types of concrete masonry units with rough texture.

LIYASSA NF is used to plaster blocks, bricks and all types of concrete masonry units with fine texture.

LIYASSA SR is used to plaster blocks, bricks and all types of concrete masonry units when the requirement is to get high strength with rough texture.

LIYASSA SF is used to plaster blocks, bricks and all type of concrete masonry units when the requirement is to get high strength with fine texture.

The main properties of LIYASSA are:

  • Strong bonding (provide stability) to all types of concrete masonry units, block and bricks.
  • Good workability retention.
  • Fast setting. Provide rapid development of strength.
  • Lower permeability.
  • Improve resistance to environmental factors.
  • Color uniformity (better aesthetic appearance).

Benefits of the Use of LIYASSA:

  • Cost effective.
  • Reduced labor.
  • Easy to mix and apply.
  • Reduced wastage of materials.
  • Consistency in quality.
  • Homogeneous and stable mix

Package & Delivery on Site:

LIYASSA is delivered to the costumer in one ton jumbo bag and in a bulker to fill silos which can be placed on site.
